On a positive note, Apple is currently signing iOS 11.4 Beta 1, Beta 2 and Beta 3 for a certain set of devices. These include iPhone X, iPhone 8/8 Plus and iPhone 7/7 Plus. This means you can downgrade your device right away and be on a beta firmware release if you want to jailbreak using Electra.
To downgrade to iOS 11.4 Beta 3, you would need the IPSW file for your device.
