With the official release date of Windows 11 less than a month away, Microsoft has quietly pushed yet another preview build update for Insiders in its beta testing program. The recent flurry of releases in quick succession indicates that the next generation of Windows is rapidly approaching ready status for the public. For those interested in a clean installation of Win 11 on their devices, the tech giant has dropped new ISO files for the latest build 22454 with better performance and bug fixes.
As Windows 11 Build 22454 is only available in the Dev Channel, the ISOs are accessible only to registered Windows Insiders via the Download page. After installing this update, you’ll observe a new OOBE (out of box experience) that is “designed to build excitement for Windows 11 right from the moment you first turn on a new Windows 11 PC for the very first time”, according to Microsoft.

Download Windows 11 ISO File For Build 22454:
If you have access to the Dev Channel, the ISO files are now live for Windows 11 Build 22454 for Windows Insiders. These new builds are available for the active development branch (RS_PRERELEASE) mainly to test their viability before rollout to a wider audience.
