Tencent has pushed the full and final version 0.6.0 of PUBG Mobile English on Android and iOS. Here you will be able to see release notes detailing everything included in the PUBG Mobile 0.6.0 Global English Version. So if you’re a fan of PUBG Mobile, here is everything what’s new in the latest Global version of the game.
After a flurry of beta updates, mostly for developers, Tencent has finally rolled out much awaited final release of their global phenomenon PUBG Mobile on iOS and Android platforms. If you want to get all the latest PUBG beta updates to test new features before they’re released for public, here is how you can register for PUBG beta with and without invitation. The global version 0.6.0 is available for everyone to download now.
Many PUBG Mobile players were dismayed at the prospect of seeing the Chinese version of the game continue to get latest features ahead of the global version. Previously, there was issue with enabling high graphics in the English version, not to mention that the FPP / TPP mode was only available in the Chinese version. But these issues have been addresses in the version 0.6.0 update.
One important aspect that is worthy of appreciation is that the developers have not enforced the viewing angles on players. Gamers can switch between single player and third person shooting angles as they please. Some players were worried that they won’t be able to play as third-person in the latest update, and that the single player mode is not as popular as it is among Call of Duty fans. Listening to the various viewpoints, the developers have allowed players to select the viewing angle and switch it during gameplay at will.
Another welcoming feature is the ability to carry two weapon at the same time. Players get the option to equip themselves with sub-weapons, which means you can run around carrying two main weapons and a pistol.
The PUBG Mobile 0.6.0 also brings a new Arcade mode in which a group of 100 players enters a 4-by-4 map. It features a triple loot drops as well as classic rules of engagement similar to those available on the PC version of the game. That said, version 0.6.0 doesn’t match up to the previous update that brought MiraMar map, but it’s still an update which you should definitely install to get the most recent and complete experience.
If this update doesn’t excite you, there is always an option to go for the beta updates. See the link shared above to learn how to get PUBG beta updates on your device. Here are the screenshots of the PUBG Mobile 0.6.0 release notes.
