How To Create Bootable USB Installation Media To Install Windows 10 Using Media Creation Tool
Step 1 – Download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to get version 1803. If you don’t know which version of Windows is installed on your device, follow this link to learn how to find out Windows version number.
Step 2 – Now launch the Media Creation Tool on your computer.
Step 3 – Click Create installation media for PC option.
Step 4 – Then click Next.
Step 5 – Now it’s very important that you select the correct language, architecture, and edition for the Windows 10 copy you wish to install. In my case, i am opted the English language, Windows 10 Home edition, and both architecture, because it will allow me to upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit with a single bootable media device.
Step 6 – On the next setup screen, select either to create a USB flash drive, which should have minimum 6GB free space or ISO file that you can create a bootable USB or DVD later. Here, pick USB flash drive option, and hit Next button.
Step 7 – Now, select the USB drive, and it’s done.
