Here is what you need to know about the Call of Duty: Warzone mobile game release date, gameplay details, latest news, and rumors about the possible launch.
When it comes to mobile gaming Activision Call of Duty: Mobile has attained mega-success status ever since its arrival on iOS and Android platforms.
Based on the popular battle royale last man standing survival action concept, Call of Duty on mobile merges the unique COD properties with the gameplay similar to PUBG Mobile, Fortnite, and Garena Free Fire.
And now it seems CoD: Mobile success has prompted developers to port yet another of their PC and console titles for touchscreen smartphones.
Could we see a free-to-play Call of Duty: Warzone mobile version anytime in the future? Let’s dissect all the available evidence to arrive at an informed conclusion on the matter.

Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile Version Rumors:
There is no doubt about the quality of Call of Duty: Mobile. However, it has a battle royale mode heavily borrowed from Black Ops 4 that appears somewhat outdated compared to the newer, much-refined Call of Duty: Warzone free-to-download game.
So, in the absence of any concrete information, how do we assume that a standalone Call of Duty: Warzone mobile app is on its way. Well, the first hint came when Activision removed the zombie mode from the Call of Duty: mobile, citing performance issues that led many to believe that it would return in a separate app.
Second evidence emerged when back in May 2020, Activision’s CEO confirmed that the company is working on more mobile game launches. One of these is Crash Bandicoot: On the Run, and the other one, we presume, could take the form of Warzone.
The third sign came out of Reddit forums, specifically the r/WarzoneMobile subreddit. Before you mistake it for yet another of those fan-created forums, it is essential to clarify that the sole moderator u/dF_Founder also happens to the Community Lead for Call of Duty: Mobile. This claim alludes to the team behind the official Call of Duty: Mobile cooking something in the background – a different subreddit also implies an individual game separate from Call of Duty: Mobile.
That said, if the Warzone mobile development team is still in the process of hiring, it indicates that the game is far from a finished product – we will have to wait until the second half of 2022 or even later to download Call of Duty: Warzone mobile.

CoD: Warzone Mobile Release Date:
Given the available information, it seems far too early to tell with conviction when a fully-fledged Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile arrives separately for the public to download.
It is not beyond the realm of possibility that the game has been in development for some time. The rumors started buzzing when Activision posted on LinkedIn that “Activation Mobile has put new roles! Teams are focused on Live Operations and content expansion across CoD Mobile and Warzone.”
With that said, if plans for Call of Duty: Warzone on mobile are underway, we will hear more on the topic soon. So Stay tuned as we will keep you informed with all the latest developments on this front as soon as they come out in the public domain.
