Registered developers in Apple Development Program can download iOS 13 beta 2 and iPadOS 13 beta 2 right now. IPSW download links for both iPhone and iPad operating systems are available at developer.apple.com or through an over-the-air (OTA) update for all compatible models of iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. To access the update, head over to the Settings > General > Software Update on your device.
